What do you do as a Security Engineer?

As a Security Engineer, you are responsible for securing the digital workplace and ensuring the integrity, confidentiality and availability of company data. You implement and optimise security solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and advise clients or internal stakeholders on best practices and compliance.

Your challenges

  • Managing access rights and security settings for users and groups in accordance with the principle of least privilege.
  • Configuring Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Intune for device management and authentication (such as MFA).
  • Monitoring suspicious activity and providing proactive incident response.
  • Actively contributing to the protection of company data and the prevention of data breaches or cyber-attacks.

Your talent

You thrive on a challenge, are ambitious and enjoy learning new things.

  • You have extensive experience in server security
  • You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Workplace Security: Entra ID, Intune, Defender for Endpoint and Purview hold few secrets for you.
  • You understand how to implement Zero Trust architecture and have experience with EDR/XDR/SIEM solutions.
  • You are familiar with modern authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless) and are no stranger to automation tools.
  • You are able to work well under pressure, flexible and pragmatic.
  • You have strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
  • Category B driving licence
