Thomas – Security Engineer

Thomas is a Security Engineer with 3 years of experience in managing and monitoring networks and identifying and resolving causes and correlations of network and security problems. He also has experience in implementing security related projects such as configuring firewalls, switches and wireless connections, network access, internet and intranet security all the way through to management and monitoring. He also has experience in consulting on strategic decisions in the area of IT-security.

Hans – IT Architect

Hans is an IT Architect with 5 years of experience in designing complete IT solutions. He is always looking for the most efficient and optimal solution for your IT environment, fully in line with your IT strategy. Hans is very analytical and always strives to translate the needs of your business into the most cost efficient IT solution. Hans places great importance on the proper implementation of projects.

Michael – Service Desk Manager

Michael is an experienced Service Desk Manager and has a lot of experience in managing a team of service desk engineers on a daily basis and ensuring an ideal distribution of tasks among the team. He always ensures that all agreed service levels are respected and he also has a lot of experience in reporting on this. Michael is someone who continuously thinks about improving processes, work instructions and tooling at the Service Desk and carrying out and supervising improvement processes. He is very knowledgeable of ITIL methodology.

Jan – Project Manager

Jan has 10 years of experience as a Project Manager of various projects within the field of IT infrastructure. He ensures that projects are delivered within the set scope, budget and time. In addition, he applies our proven methodology (based on Prince2) regarding project management and risk management in order to handle the project as efficiently and successfully as possible from start to finish. Jan is an analytical problem solver and a real team player.

Chris – Support Engineer

Chris has years of experience with hardware and software installation (Microsoft 365 packages, antivirus, …) of PC’s and laptops. Chris has knowledge in server and network management: Windows 2008 and 2012. Chris is very customer-oriented and gets a lot of energy from human contacts.

Nick – Support Engineer

Nick already has 7 years of experience as a Support Engineer at the Service Desk of Norkring where he was responsible for support on transmitters and sources of radio and TV. Thanks to his ambition and interest in ICT, Nick started in 2020 with an ICT Infrastructure Management training at VDAB. He recently finished this course successfully. Nick wants to start his first assignment as soon as possible and gain the necessary experience as a 1L Support Engineer. Nick is communicative, eager to learn and always looking for improvements and challenges. He functions well under pressure, can work independently but also derives satisfaction from teamwork.

Roel – Support Engineer

Roel has 6 years of experience in the IT sector as a Customer Support Engineer, often combined with projects like Windows migrations and Mobile device rollouts. Furthermore Roel has a lot of experience with asset management. His main interest and ambition is in the field of Networking and Cloud Computing (Azure).

Jan – Senior Support Engineer

Jan is a senior Support Engineer with 9 years of experience in 1st and 2d line support for both software and hardware, remote and face-to-face. He is an all-round consultant who has a broad background. Jan is result oriented, customer focused and handles his tasks in a thorough way. It is important for him to build up a good relationship with his employer so that he knows perfectly what is expected of him.
