Workplace Engineer

What do you do as a System Engineer?

As a Workplace Engineer, you will build and manage IT solutions for the modern workplace at our customers. You ensure the smooth installation, migration and expansion of systems, with minimal impact on the daily operation of the customer. Through your expertise, you offer customers proactive advice and improvement suggestions to optimize their IT environment.

Your challenges

• You follow the latest market trends and technological developments in the field of the modern workplace and translate these into concrete solutions that add value for the customer.
• You are an expert in your domain and offer support to colleagues in areas where your expertise excels.
• You work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to balance constraints around budget, performance, scope and timing.
• You inspire colleagues and customers with your findings and insights on modern workplace concepts such as mobile workstations, application virtualization, thin/fat client computing and security.

Must haves:

• Expertise in the following areas: Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory & Autopilot.
• Knowledge of Prince2 or other project methodologies is a nice to have
• Stress resistant
• Flexible
• Strong communication skills
• Driving license B
