What do you do as a Cloud Engineer?

As a Cloud Engineer you are responsible for cloud technologies. You are an expert in the design, planning, management, maintenance and support of cloud and hybrid cloud environments.

Your challenges

From design to implementation and management: you have knowledge of different cloud technologies, frameworks and platforms. You use your knowledge and expertise to advise customers on their strategic choices and are ready to take on any challenge you face.

Your designs and solutions meet the customer's expectations and are tailored to our cloud services. Central to this are performance, availability, security, disaster recovery and scalability.

As an IT & Business Technology professional, you solve complex problems and you communicate with the customer in an appropriate way, in Dutch as well as fluent English.

Together with colleagues and customers you will be responsible for setting up, migrating and maintaining cloud environments.

Cloud technology, that's what it's all about.

Your talent

What knowledge do you preferably already have? Azure, of course. But we are also looking for other knowledge, such as:

• Public (AWS, Azure), hybrid or private cloud technologies
• (Azure) Active Directory
• Windows Server
• Virtualisation
• Security
• Office 365
• Disaster Recovery
• Storage

The Cloud Engineer we are looking for has at least one Microsoft certificate. Others are certainly welcome.
