Kontich, 16 february 2026 – Cheops is further expanding its Executive Team with a new talent: Sara Van de Pontseele joins as Chief Marketing Officer. With her appointment, the company confirms its ambition to provide clients with even more targeted support in an increasingly complex technological landscape.

With more than 20 years of experience in international B2B and high-tech environments, Sara brings deep expertise in translating complex technology into clear, relevant, and customer-centric propositions. Her experience enables Cheops to position its offerings around Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI, and Compliance even more clearly and better align them with the concrete needs of its clients.

As Global VP Marketing at Lansweeper, Sara was responsible for the worldwide marketing strategy and brand positioning within the IT sector. In previous leadership roles at efficy, Legrand, and Amadeus, she also helped organizations sharpen their value propositions and achieve sustainable growth in complex markets.

Focus on customer-centric growth and thought leadership

At Cheops, Sara will lead the integrated marketing and growth strategy with one clear goal: helping customers make faster and better-informed technological choices. By increasing the focus on thought leadership and market insights, Cheops aims to further strengthen its role as a trusted Business Technology partner.

In close collaboration with Sales and the various business units, she will build a data-driven and customer-centric marketing approach. This approach is designed not only to increase commercial impact but also to ensure a consistent and smooth customer journey - from initial contact to long-term partnership.
