Cheops opens new headquarters for East and West Flanders in Ghent, ready for the next growth phase

In the first quarter of 2026, Cheops will move to a new home base in Ghent. The brand-new, state-of-the-art Ouverture complex, located next to the KBC-Artevelde Tower and Flanders Expo, will become the new headquarters for East and West Flanders. Eight years after opening our first office in Ghent, this marks the next step in our growth.

Ghent is a strategically important base for East and West Flanders. The brand-new Ouverture complex offers the ideal combination for this strongly growing region: an excellent location, more office space, and a modern, energy-efficient building. It is the perfect location from which we aim to further develop this important region.

A future-oriented base in Ghent

The Ouverture building is now in its final construction phase and will soon be completed. After that, our office space will be fitted out so that the move can take place in the first quarter of 2026.

With this new office, Cheops is not only creating additional space, but also an inspiring and motivating working environment where our employees enjoy working together and innovating. The modern workspaces, combined with a lively setting with hospitality and retail options, contribute to a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere.

The new location is also perfectly aligned with our ESG ambitions. The Ouverture building is being developed with a strong focus on sustainability, energy efficiency and user well-being, and is set to achieve the BREEAM Excellent certification. This strengthens our commitment to investing in a responsible and future-proof working environment. Its central location at the E40 exit in Sint-Denijs-Westrem, opposite the KBC Tower, makes it even easier to collaborate with customers in East and West Flanders and to further optimise our services.

Staying close to our customers matters to us, as it enables us to support them even more effectively from within the region. This local commitment not only enhances our service delivery, but also strengthens the trust we share with our customers, employees and partners.

  • Kenny Dierickx, CEO of Cheops

As a Managed Service Provider specialising in Cloud, Security and Modern Workplace solutions, the new office in Ghent marks a strategic step forward: a future-focused home base that brings our people together, brings us closer to our customers, and enables our continued growth.

Shaping the future

The new office offers more than 1,000 m² of workspace, with additional possibilities to expand further in the future. This fits perfectly with our growth strategy and our ambition to continue evolving.

Ouverture perfectly reflects what Cheops stands for: growth, progress and connection. From this new home base, we will be able to support our customers even more effectively, continue to invest in the development of our people, and further expand our services in the years ahead.
