IT service provider Cheops moves its headquarters to Business Park Gate 7 in Kontich in 2021. Cheops will occupy approximately 3,000 m² of brand new, state-of-the-art offices, an inspiring and motivating environment for both customers and employees. A logical new step, given the evolution and growth of Cheops.
The new Business Park Gate 7 in Kontich is located about 500 meters from the current headquarters. Upon completion in 2021, Business Park Gate 7 will consist of four office buildings. Cheops will be housed in Building B, which is the site's flagship.
Business Park Gate 7 is located at a prime location on the Prins Boudewijnlaan. Thanks to its strategic location close to the E19, A12 and Antwerp ring road, Business Park Gate 7 is optimally accessible for employees and customers.
A sustainable and inspiring workplace
The design of the offices is tailored to the experience of the employees and customers. In addition, the building also facilitates new ways of working. For example, employees will be able to choose from various rooms that are adapted to specific tasks, and a great deal of attention will also be paid to ergonomics.

Sustainability also played a role in the choice for Business Park Gate 7. The new office is CO2-neutral and uses up to 38% less energy for cooling and heating. Smart and ecological lighting will be provided, as well as charging points for electric bicycles and cars.
