Cheops was recently awarded the Great Place to Work label. An achievement of which we are very proud, especially since it is a recognition from our own employees.
What we always hoped and actually assumed has now been officially confirmed by Great Place to Work: it is great to work at Cheops. "This label is a wonderful milestone for us," says Lies Claessens, HR manager at Cheops. "The in-depth survey of employees shows, among other things, that they have confidence in leadership, that they are proud of our company, that they feel they are fairly rewarded and evaluated, and that they can also have a lot of fun at work.
Here, a job is more than a job."
Personal touch and a good atmosphere
For Cheops the great GPTW scores are a confirmation that our DNA is right as a company. For example, we put a lot of importance on the personal guidance of our employees. Together we map out the path for the development of everyone's talent.
Within our Cheops Academy, we offer our employees numerous training courses tailored to their ambitions. Even though we are a rapidly growing company, we want to maintain a warm and human atmosphere. We regularly bring everyone together for fun activities and events. This way, the team spirit remains strong. The Great Place to Work label is another reason to celebrate.
