Cheops again awarded as “Great Place to Work”

Cheops, Kontich, [09/01/2024] - As a leading Managed Services Provider, Cheops has earned the renowned "Great Place to Work®" quality label for the second year in a row.

"Great Place to Work" is a global programme that evaluates organisations based on their work environment, culture and human resources policies. The programme evaluates companies on several criteria, including employee satisfaction, leadership and the level of pride employees feel about their work. The results are obtained by conducting a comprehensive employee survey.

With an impressive score of 93% and an above-average satisfaction score on all statements, Cheops reaffirms its position as a company where employees truly feel engaged. The company's strengths, with absolute top scores for companionship, trustworthiness and pride, underline the positive working environment and team spirit within Cheops.

Filip Goos, Group CEO, responds enthusiastically to this success: "We are extremely proud of this recognition, especially as it is an acknowledgement from our own employees. For the second year in a row, we are considered a Great Place to Work® by them."

Cheops places a strong emphasis on personal mentorship for employees and offers customised training within the Cheops Academy, while maintaining a human yet professional work environment.

The reaffirmation of the Great Place to Work® label is a recognition not only for Cheops as a company, but also for the employees themselves, who contribute daily to the positive working environment which Cheops is known for. Achieving the label is not the end goal of course. Cheops is determined to constantly evolve and further improve the workplace by translating the valuable employee feedback into strategic HR actions.
