What do you do as a Service Delivery Manager?

As a Service Delivery Manager you are responsible for the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of the services we deliver. You act as a central and trusted advisor for the client, providing them with proactive ideas about the right IT & Business Technology solutions in collaboration with our internal teams.

Your challenges

You ensure that you know your customer inside out by understanding their needs and expectations, so that the right services are translated into implementation by the internal Cheops team. You also monitor the financial health of contracts in your client portfolio.

You are responsible for monitoring, analysing and adjusting operational services in accordance with the agreed SLAs. You keep track of the quality of the services and ensure compliance with the agreements made. You monitor, report and discuss the results with the customer and internal departments on a regular basis.

You keep your finger on the pulse with regard to customer satisfaction and you set up concrete actions for optimisation. You strive for continuous improvement in working methods, processes and procedures.

You coordinate the activities between the various internal and external parties in the event of critical incidents and you involve the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

You immerse yourself in the context of the customer and try to identify opportunities for the wider commercial offering of Cheops.

Must-haves:

  • You have strong communication skills and know how to switch between all levels (managers, CxO level, IT & business management, etc.).
  • Min 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodology.
  • Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach.
  • You can provide the customer with proactive ideas and you are 100% committed to always creating a win-win.
  • Strategic insight and a natural feel for opportunities.
