Sales Support Officer

What do you do as Sales Support Officer?

As an ambitious Sales Support Officer, you will support our customers and your sales colleagues throughout the entire sales process, from the first order to final delivery.

You will ensure that our customers are informed of the status of their orders and you will be the liaison with our suppliers.

What are we counting on you for?

You support the sales process regarding the sale of hardware, software and licenses.

Within your portfolio you manage your own accounts from A to Z. You are the central point of contact for your sales colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners. You make recommendations on possible orders and follow them up administratively, up to the final delivery to the customer.

Within your domain and portfolio, you stay up to speed with the latest technologies and you are available to assist the customer with any questions they may have.

You will work closely together as a team with the sales and project organization. You watch over your own objectives and their realization.

As Sales Support Officer you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
